Sand Fork School Alumni Reunion 2012
The Sand Fork School Alumni Association will hold their annual dinner June 30, 2012 at the Gilmer County Senior Center in Glenville, WV.
Doors will open at 5:00 PM.
Dinner will be at 6:00 PM.
Cost for a delicious dinner will be $20 per person.
Reservations must be made by June 11, 2012 and check made to Sand Fork Alumni Association and mailed to Betty Woofter, 5699 US Highway 33E, Glenville, WV 26351. (Phone 304.462.7072)
We are giving three $500 scholarships this year. So we are asking for you to give generously to the Scholarship Fund. Make checks payable to Sand Fork School Scholarship Fund and mail to Betty Woofter (address above).
Also, we will be having an auction after the dinner to raise money. So please bring any SF School memorabilia or any saleable items you wish to donate for the auction.
The annual golf outing will take place at the Glenville Country Club, Friday, June 29, 2012. Call Joe Putnam 304.266.4789 for details.
We are going to honor the class of 1942, the class of 1952 and the Golden Class of 1962. If you were in any of these classes, we are asking you to make a special effort to attend.
Congratulations to Hunter Ashley for getting a 2nd place in the Discus throw. He may be a Freshman, but he can definately out throw a lot of sophmores, Juniors and seniors. Way to go Hunter. Practice always pays off. Proud of you.
