SOY CANDLES
Bath Petals is recalling Soy Candles sold nationwide and in Canada from February 2012 to April 2012.
The candle can burn with a high flame, causing excessive heat.
This poses a fire hazard. The heat and flame can cause the glass candle holder to shatter.
This poses a laceration
hazard.
The candles are 7.5 oz. soy candles sold in four colors and scents: Australian Eucalyptus, California Rose Garden, French Alpine and Thai Lemongrass Ginger. “Bath petals” and the scent name are printed on the glass candle holder.
The following UPC codes are on the
bottom of the box: 6-10696-55269.3, 7-97734-03754.8, 7-97734-03755.5 and

The placement of internal wires near the circuit board can cause electrical
short.circuiting and sparking, posing a fire and a burn hazard.
This recall involves Discovery Kids Animated Marine and Safari Lamps that feature rotating films with marine or safari scenes.
The words “Discovery Kids” are printed on the front top.left corner of the product.
The recalled products have both an 11-digit batch number
that begins with either 584894 or 10128 and a model number of 1628626, 1642433,
1641522, 1641523, 1645729, or 1645853.

Mars Petcare US announced a recall of a limited range of three varieties of PEDIGREE® weight management canned dog food products due to a potential choking risk.
Affected product may contain small pieces of blue plastic, which entered the food during the production process.
Affected product was distributed to retail customers throughout the United States.
Recalled Pet Food
Only cans of PEDIGREE® weight management canned dog food varieties with the production codes shown below are included in this voluntary recall.
Each product will have a lot code printed on the end of the can that begins with 209, 210, 211 or 212 and a Best Before date that falls between 02.24.2014 and 03.23.2014.

The fan’s heater blades can fail to
rotate properly, causing the fan to overheat and posing a fire hazard.
This recall involves plastic Harbor Breeze bathroom fans with a center light and a heater.
Model number 7109-01-L, Lowe’s item number 194492 and UPC code 820633985358 are printed on the fan’s packaging.
A date code beginning with either 0, 11, 12 or 13 is printed on the fan’s
housing, which indicates the fan was manufactured between August 2010 and March
2011.

Watkins Manufacturing is recalling Hot Spring Spas and Limelight Hot Tubs sold nationwide from March 2011 to March 2012.
A
loose internal electrical connection of the spa heaters can overheat and ignite,
posing a fire hazard.
This recall includes the following 11 models of Hot Spring Spas and Limelight Hot Tubs brand spas installed with Therm Products No.Fault Water Heaters: Aria, Envoy, Flair, Glow, Grandee, Jetsetter, Prodigy, Pulse, Sovereign, Vanguard and Vista.
The recalled spas were manufactured from March 2011 to December 2011 and were installed since October 2011.
The date is represented by 2N, 3N, or 4N in the spa’s seven to 10 alpha.numeric serial code.
The model name and serial code are printed on a label
within the spa’s equipment compartment, located behind a removable panel on
the side of the spa.

ground connection in the track is defective, posing an electric shock hazard.
This recall involves white, straight track systems used to hold and power light fixtures.
The recalled tracks are model numbers 00149242 and 10149246, supplier number 21338 and date stamp 1134 through 1213.
The brand name IKEA, 365+ SNDA, supplier number and date stamp are printed
on a white label attached to the side of the track.
Consumers should return the item to any IKEA
store for a replacement unit or a full refund.
