Age 96, of Harrisville, WV died July 06, 2012 at Pullman, WV.
She was born at Brohard, WV, December 08, 1915, the daughter of the late Harry H. and Pansy V. Barnette Veon.
Mrs. Welham worked for the U.S. Government at the V.A. Hospital in Chillicothe.
She was a member of Cairo Baptist Church.
She was a member of Hope Rebekah Lodge #30, Harrisville.
She is survived by two sisters, Norma Rollins of Harrisville and Carol Rollins of Cairo.
She was preceded in death by her husband Victor H. Welham; and sisters, Estal Haught, Wilda Dye, Isabelle Darling and Glenna Goodnight.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, July 08, 2012 at Raiguel Funeral Home, Harrisville.
Burial will follow in the Harrisville IOOF Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home, Saturday from 4:00 to8:00 PM and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
