Age 88, of Sutton, WV, passed away June 04, 2012, at Braxton County Memorial Hospital, Gassaway.
He was born March 13, 1924, in Centralia, WV the son of the late Harrison and Leava Gibson Ware.
Gordon was a member of Elk Memorial Church, Chemical Town and worked for PennLine Services and for Sutton Chemical Plant.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother; Herbert Ware, sisters; Eleanor Hall and Orpha Mace.
Gordon is survived by his sister; Geraldine Ware of Chemical Town, nieces; Phyllis Hamilton Cornwell, Vyonne Ware Farrell, Violet Ware Wainscott, Debbie Dobbins,and Karen Greenlief, nephews; Marty Mace, Kenny Mace, Paul Hamilton, Jr, Jefff Mace.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Friday June 08, 2012 at Greene-Robertson Funeral Home, Sutton with the Rev. Linn Schiefer officiating.
Burial will follow at Centralia Cemetery, Centralia, WV.
Friends may call one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
