Dear Friend.
We are currently working on the 2012 Spring Festival. This will be our fifth year, and we have planned several family friendly activities. Our Spring Festival will be held at the Gilmer County Recreation Center May 04, 05, and 06, 2012. We would like for you to consider sponsoring our event this year. Every business that sponsors the 2012 GCVFD Spring Festival will have their name listed on our Sponsor Sign that will be at the Festival, and also in the local news sources following our event.

Last year’s Spring Festival was a great success due to businesses like yours supporting us. We do not have an admission fee, nor do we charge for musical entertainment, or most of our activities. It is still our goal to host a family friendly event that the entire community can enjoy.

Could someone from Gilmer County possibly run an advertisement and/or information concerning this event?  The General Public will not be aware of the various events and activities unless they see or read what is going on.  It will be very helpful to let everyone know that this Spring Festival is beginning this Friday, May 4th and it will be a shame if but a handful of people show up.  COME ON… LET’S GET THE WORD OUT… QUICKLY!
