G-LtE™: Who Did This at Normantown Elementary School?

This ramp is being built by a group of volunteers at Normantown Elementary School
at the request of the principal.
As you can see the ramp is sawed off!
Could somebody tell us who did this?

If Jess McVaney’s small tractor is finally off the school grounds, chances are good that it was him. His tractor would have fit between the blue poles under the existing walkway (we measured to be sure he had a way out), once he took off the roll bar.
I guess it was easier to tear down the work of the volunteers instead. He was contacted several times in advance of the work being done to remove his small tractor.
Yes indeed it was Jess McVaney who did this stupid act. Even if there was not room, which is not the case here, for someone who is in charge of maintenance of our schools, he should know better. All he had to do was takedown couple boards easily rather that acting like an idiot. Sorry, there is no excuse for what he did.
Don’t know why you’d be surprised. Do you really think a CUBE member is going to do anything to make it better at a school that’s not in Glenville?
Why would any one do this, much less the man who is working for the school system as the man who is supposed to FIX things not tear them up. We all know that Mr. McVaney is good friends with the higher ups who control this county, both in and out of the school system, but this is totally uncalled for and he should be made to repair the damage on his dime and his time, if indeed he was the one guilty of this. The tractor marks going thru the middle of the ramp according to the picture kinda tells us the story. Will that happen? I’ll be very surprised if it does. I have always considered him as being helpful and respectful of others not destructive but this tells and shows me differently. Regardless how upset, mad or whatever at the volunteers, it is the children who suffer from pure stupidity and the “I’ll get even” attitude. I know there is a old saying “you can’t fix stupid” but please be smart enough to step up and fix the damage you have done.
