Age 52, of 213 Main St. Weston, WV passed away on Friday, June 29, 2012 at 3:05 PM.
He was born November 19, 1959.He is the son of Zanell (Helmick) John and the late Howard “Jack” John of Weston.
Surviving David are his loving wife Carrie John of Weston; a son Andrew John of Jane Lew; two step sons Cody and Dillon Wolfe of Buckhannon; a step daughter and son in law Erin and John Barnett with four grand-children ; Shelby, John Thomas, Brinkley and Rae Leigh of Jane Lew. Also surviving him are two sisters and brothers-in-law, Nancy and Jim Johnson of Houston, Texas, Susanna and Terry Flesher of Weston; two nephews, Gary and wife Kelly Flesher of Weston, Jason and wife Susan Johnson of Austin, Texas; three nieces, Michelle and husband “Chuck” Everett of Jane Lew, Erin Johnson of Houston, Texas, Leigh Ellen and husband Steve Walters of Texas and several Aunts and Uncles.
He is preceded in death by his younger brother Fred John; nephew, James Flesher and some Aunts and Uncles.
David served in the National Guard in his earlier years and worked in the oil field all his life. He enjoyed riding his four-wheeler with his son and friends.
Family and friends will be received at the Hardman-Paletti Funeral Home 730 N. Main Avenue Weston on Thursday, July 05, 2012 from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 05, 2012 at 2:00 PM from the Hardman-Paletti Funeral Home chapel with Reverend Wease Day officiating.
Interment will follow services in Broad Run Cemetery.
