Lily Faith Balser

Josh and Jill Balser of Walkersville, WV announce the birth of their daughter, Lily Faith Balser.

She was born July 31, at the Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital of Weston.

The little girl weighed 7-pounds, 12-ounces and is the couple’s first child.

The mother is the former Jill Singleton and is a teacher at Lewis County High School.

The father is an electrician.

Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Singleton of Ireland, WV.

Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Roger Balser of Crawford.
