Harper - Willis

Amy Beth Harper and Joseph Alan Willis together with their parents announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mark and Jan Harper of Cairo. She is the granddaughter of Ray and Sandra Harper of Cairo, and the late Denzle and Mary Ingram of Cairo. She is a 2007 graduate of Ritchie County High School and a 2010 graduate of West Virginia University at Parkersburg with an associate’s degree in nursing. She is employed at St. Joseph’s Hospital as a registered nurse.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Norma Willis of Parkersburg and Kenny Willis of Waverly. He is the grandson of Patricia Harness of Parkersburg, and Daniel and the late Lula Willis of Waverly. He is a 2004 graduate of Parkersburg High School and is attending West Virginian University at Parkersburg. He is a maintenance intern at Toyota Motor Manufacturing in Buffalo, WV.

An open wedding is planned for July 31, 2010, at the Bonds Creek Freewill Baptist Church, Ellenboro, WV, at 2:30 PM with the reception following at the Bonds Creek Youth Center.
