Lewis County Grand Jury Indicts 30 on a Variety of Charges

The Lewis County grand jury handed up 30 indictments this week:

•  Elvis E. King Jr. , 34, of 335 Gee Lick Road, is charged with killing 36-year-old Jeremy DeBarr during a July 2009 argument.
King is also facing three counts of wanton endangerment with a firearm.

•  Terry M. Garton, 48, of 2692 Broad Run Road, Jane Lew, on three charges of wanton endangerment with a firearm.
Garton is charged with firing three shots into another person’s residence in October 2009, one of the bullets nearly striking an elderly bedridden woman.

•  Joshua Harold Williams, no age or address listed in court records, is charged with three counts of wanton endangerment with a firearm. No details were available.

•  Christopher Peters, 27, of 1309 North River Road, Weston, is charged with obtaining money by false pretenses.

•  Melanie Ann Holt, 24, of 81 Stonewall Drive, Weston, is charged with obtaining money under false pretenses and conspiracy.

•  William E. Parker, who is also known as J.R. Parker, 31, of 414 Pratt Ave., Weston, is charged with 10 counts of forgery.

•  Brandace A. Sellers, no age or address listed, is charged with the fraudulent use of an access device.

•  Carolyn Sue Frame, no age or address listed, is charged with three counts of child abuse.

•  Debra Lee Wilkerson, 49, of 464 Broad St., Weston, is charged with three counts of conspiracy.

•  David Bruce Golden, 41, of 464 Broad St., Weston, is charged with four counts of conspiracy and four counts of delivery of a controlled substance.

•  David Earl King, no age or address listed, is charged with obtaining money under false pretenses.

•  Robert A. Hill, 21, of Lost Creek, is charged with burglary, grand larceny and two counts of conspiracy.

•  Brandon Scott Lamb, 22, of Lost Creek, is charged with burglary, grand larceny and two counts of conspiracy.

•  David Matthew Williams, no age or address listed, is charged with four counts of obtaining money under false pretenses.

•  Stacy Lynn Raulston, 42, of Weston, is charged with two counts of failing to meet an obligation to provide support to a minor.

•  Erica Dawn Kapp, no age or address listed, is charged with two counts of conspiracy and one count of the fraudulent use of an access device.

•  James M. Fultineer, 25, of 46 Dennison St., Weston, is charged with five counts of fraudulent use of an access device and six counts of conspiracy.

•  Sabrina Sue White, 26, of 147 Robert E Lee Ave., Elkins, is charged with computer fraud.

•  Carisa Mae Confere, no age or address listed, is charged with operating a clandestine drug laboratory and conspiracy.

•  Casey Marks Epp, 21, of 1003 North River Road, Weston, is charged with grand larceny, two counts of burglary, two counts of conspiracy and a misdemeanor charge of petit larceny.

•  Debbie D. Seelback, no age or address listed, is charged with being an accessory before the fact to burglary, being an accessory before the fact to grand larceny and two counts of conspiracy.

There were five sealed indictments handed down up the grand jury.

All of those indicted will be arraigned at 9:00 AM Friday, March, 05,2010 before Judge Thomas Keadle in Lewis County Circuit Court.
