Offenses dominate as the Orioles outscore Lewis 13-11.

Pitchers had a tough day during the game between the Orioles and Lewis, as the two teams put up 24 runs combined in a 13-11 the Orioles win.

Hitters on both sides were strong at the plate as the teams combined for 19 hits, including four extra base hits.

The Orioles held off Lewis, as Lewis was unable to overcome a six-run fifth inning deficit.

Lewis scored on an error, an error, an RBI double by Justin Frazier, and a walk by Luke White in the fifth inning and a ground out by Spencer Davis in the seventh inning. Still, Lewis couldn’t draw even.

Bradley McHenry got it done on the hill on the way to a win. He allowed four runs over three innings. McHenry struck out five, walked five and gave up two hits.

The Orioles were sparked by Tristan Peggs and Logan Pritt, who teamed up for two hits and three RBIs.

Levi Fox couldn’t get it done on the rubber for Lewis, taking a loss. He lasted just one inning, walked one, struck out one, and allowed no runs.

The top of the first saw the Orioles take an early lead, 3-0. A single by Trenton Frame, plating Jakob Persinger started the inning off. The Orioles pushed more runs across when McHenry scored on an error and Grove scored on a walk by Justyn Dean.

Lewis survived the Orioles’ surge and put up three runs of its own in the first. Lewis scored on a two-run double by White and an RBI single by Kole Bozic.

The game’s last lead went to the Orioles thanks to a second inning rally that saw four runs cross the plate on a two-run single by Peggs.

A one-run third inning helped bring Lewis within three. An error triggered Lewis’ comeback. McHenry ended the inning by getting Jacob Gragg to ground out.

The Orioles got one-run rallies in the fourth inning and the sixth. In the fourth, the Orioles scored when Peggs drew a bases loaded walk, bringing home Pritt.

Lewis scored two runs in the bottom of the fourth to cut its deficit to two. An RBI single by Ethan Thomas and an RBI single by White fueled Lewis’ comeback. The Lewis threat came to an end when Peggs finally got Fox to single.
